(Yes, Mary Kay - the old ladies' makeup manufacturer.) When we first moved to Newburyport four years ago, some welcome lady came over. Amidst all the free coupons, promotions, etc. she was throwing at me, I must have agreed to a free at-home makeover. For about 6 months, this Mary Kay lady called me about three times a week. But instead of picking up the phone, and telling her, "No thanks. I'm not interested," I let her keep calling. It became this big joke, a funny story to tell people.
