Red's Baron

Congratulations to Code Red on her new arrival, Baron! Annie has adopted a six month old pooch into her life and loft after deciding she was "ready to care for something else besides herself." She said she has some house plants that may disagree with this notion, but to them we say: Shut your pie holes, house plants! Maybe if you'd had Baron's soulful eyes and sweet nature, you'd have made it. Ever hear of survival of the fittest? Ok..that was kind of weird. Anyway, Vito, Patch, Wrigley and Logan, the canines of our group, are chomping at the bit for a field day with Baron. In the meantime, Vito has been grounded after Caroline busted him humping "Valentino," the stuffed dog that James gave her for Valentine's Day.

He's so cute Annie! Love his speckled paws. He and Patch should get along famously. He already looks calmer than Patch in that picture. Can't wait to meet him!

Wow - he is spectacular!!! Makes me want to get a dog even more now. Maybe we should get a female dog and they could have a "From Here To Eternity" moment on Constitution Beach. The new bathhouse is under construction. Annie I need that website information!

Let's not forget the other svelt, black lab mix, Wrigley. We now officially have the "Black Pack", Wrigley, Patch and Baron. 3 lab concoctions that have all found there way into the adoption hall of fame. Smooches to Baron!

Baron asked me to share his comments with you on his behalf given that he can't type....yet!

I am very excited and honored to be featured on the Pointy Universe! I've been in Chelsea since Saturday after a long drive from the mid-west. I like my new home and Ann is already spoiling me. About me? Well, I hail from Indiana where I was being fostered with my mom and two other dogs. I'm 8 months, though the rescue thought I was 6 months. I'm a Gemini. I like long walks, rawhide chewies, my new gorilla and following Ann around the apartment. Can't wait to meet you all...I hear many of you have playmates for me! See you soon!

XO
Baron
