Random Quizzilla

1) Describe your disposition today in meteorological terms.
Partly sunny with a 30 percent chance of precipitation.

2) What specific subject(s) do you feel you know better than any other subjects?
Useless chunks of outdated pop culture. 80s-90s music. High profile legal cases.

3) Name a band you’re not fond of now but would have loved when you were a teenager.
Dashboard Confessional. Totally. My inner 15-year-old has downloaded some of their music but my current self skips right over the songs when they rear their heads on Party Shuffle.

4) Name something that you did today that you didn’t do yesterday.
JAL swung by and he and I feasted on Mediterranean wraps from the Cedar Café and watched the Anna Nicole hearing. Bonus: Dan Abrams popped up and ripped the loony, pontificating judge a new one. It was a fantastic afternoon.

5) When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
At first, I wanted to be a veterinarian. But once I realized math and science and surgery were involved, I set my sights on becoming the guy who opens and closes the doors and announces the stations on MBTA trains.

1) Sunny, but with a chance of intermittent hailstorms from the west [where my clients are...]

2) 80's jingles, PowerPoint 101 and some culinary lessons

3) Snow Patrol. I like them now, but as a teenager, I would have loved them.

4) Complete a quizzilla. Otherwise, at 9:02 a.m. my weekdays are pretty much identical.

5) An archeologist or a geologist. As I kid, I would constantly walk around picking up rocks, shells, glass, discarded keys...whatever I could find on the ground. I'd tape these things to the wall in my basement playroom and type a little label for each item, like "Quartz" or "Button". I thought that was what archeologists & geologists did. Then I learned what they REALLY do, and that history and science were involved, and I gave it up. I still haven't found what I want to be when I grow up.

1) partly stormy with a 100% chance of pissed the Fu#@ off! ahhh, health care, good times..
2) Useless trivia on obscure 70's, 80's bad tv shows and movies that nobody else watched. i.e. Salami from White Shadow was the star of The Master with Lee Van Cleef. Trebek would be my bitch if they start categories like that.
3) Probably something like My Chemical Romance or Snow Patrol
4) Updated my to-do list to clean out some post-it notes and make an overall to-do list and a "today" to-do list... sorry ladies, I'm taken
5)When I was a child, I wanted to be a cartoonist. That career peaked at Thorndyke Elementary with a one-issue stint in Mrs. Derry's second grade class newspaper. I maintain that it was the highlight of the paper

1) Sunny delight, but the weatherfolks are always wrong since this is subject to change.

2)The ability to identify which Boston bars offer a 2007 Golden Tee machine. Key for gambling with co-workers.

3)Aerosmith. They were good back then. Now....eh.

4)I actually made a meal that wasn't a bowl of cereal.

5) An Atari game developer.

1) Describe your disposition today in meteorological terms. Partly Sunny, 62 degrees with a 10mph breeze.

2) What specific subject(s) do you feel you know better than any other subjects? I don’t think I can match WMD, but I feel as though I have extensive knowledge of the Hollywood “That Guy” club – more specifically from the 90’s to the present. I randomly find one-line actors from one movie and recall another movie they were in, most likely also with just one line. Example: I was watching Armageddon last night, and the NASA dude that says to Liv Tyler “your boyfriend’s back” after Ben Affleck makes a dramatic return on the asteroid (he only survived that crash b/c it’s a movie). That same dude was the band manager in the early stages of the movie “That Thing You Do”, before he hands the band manager baton to a puffy Tom Hanks. Oddly enough, Liv Tyler is in that movie, too. I rest my case.

3) Name a band you’re not fond of now but would have loved when you were a teenager. I have no idea. Since my morning/evening drive time is 10 min each way, I don’t listen to music. I just listen to WEEI where Dennis & Callahan try their best to talk over each other. If I do listen to music, it’s my iTunes library.

4) Name something that you did today that you didn’t do yesterday. Haven’t done it yet, but gearing up to leave by 5pm.

5) When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? I think a mannequin stylist, or whatever you call the person that dresses those things. My mom said that when I was young (5/6 yrs old), when we were in Sears, I used to stop and talk to the mannequins. Thank god I chose to be a Project Manager instead! Yup, living the dream.
